Federal Express is our preferred vendor for the majority of our shipments. Their tracking system helps us and our customers identify the exact location of their shipment. It also allows us to notify customers when they can expect deliveries so they can plan accordingly.
Only the small items like valve stems or gauges will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
If your order consists of several different items, please give us a call so we can see how consolidation of your shipment can save you money.
Tracking numbers are always provided for both services. On large SUP and Kayak orders, we also require an adult signature because of the high value of the shipments.
We strive to ship every order within 24 hours with a few exceptions for example week-ends. We will notify you of any shipment delayed beyond 2-4 days and provide options for you to consider. On rare occasions, we will post a delayed ship date extended beyond 2-4 days because our overseas shipments are delayed. In those situations, you will be notified when your order will be shipped as soon as our inventory is in hand and ready to ship.
Our system is set up to ship to the Continental United States. We ask our customers in Hawaii, the Caribbean and other location to please give us a call. We welcome the opportunity to discuss our very competitive shipping rates as well as travel time for your shipment.
